We had another issue that he spent some time looking at but rather than try to make more money out of us he instead advised us to contact a specialist engineer. And when he gave us the invoice he didn't charge us for the additional work, only the service. A real credit to your company, you should be extremely proud of him and I would recommend him to anyone'"
